Okay, so I’m on the four-stroke kanji at this point, but there’s still something I’m unsure about.

At various points, Koichi states that some kanji have kun’yomi readings that aren’t yet worth learning. To use a slightly different example, he says the kanji for sun (日) has multiple on’yomi readings that we’ll learn naturally. Does he ever actually have you learn these different readings for various kanji? They’re not on the pages for the kanji he states this on, so I’m kind of confused as to how you’ll learn these different readings without using other sources (which might just serve to confuse you, since TextFugu explains things more simply than most other learning methods on the internet).

He doesn’t teach the other readings in TF ( I can’t speak for wani though ).

You’ll learn them as part of vocab… someday, I guess. I’m only aware of two on’yomi, though – にち and じつ.

“so I’m kind of confused as to how you’ll learn these different readings without using other sources”

“he says we’ll learn them naturally” (paraphrasing here)

There you go, you answered yourself :P
