So recently I found out that Heising atcually mentions that you can put your stories on the front of the card, but to me it seems a little strange… I mean then you might as well just list all the primitives you used? I guess it kind of makes sense seeing that you are trying to remember the kanji and not the story.

There is already a “field” where you can add stories, but I can’t figure out how to get it to show on the front, and just putting it in the keyword field is a little annoying as it becomes a link -_-
I figure that I have to add something to the question text, but I don’t know where.

I didn’t go through all the hassle, just studied the story and used the deck without modifying it at all. And when I didn’t remember I clicked on the frame number which would take me to the story on the website Reviewing the Kanji, to re-study the story.
