    Hello,

Not sure what I can do I have checked my language packs and even reset defaults on my browsers but my kanji all appears as corrupted data or question marks. I also have noticed “E’s” showing up in sentences around the web. Where it would normally say “Don’t forget to pack your bags” it will say EDon’t forget….” and so on and so forth. Any clues as to what this could be? Also, I cannot do a System Restore as I will lose my trust to the AD Domain (work computer) and I do not have the Local Admin password to restore connection. Thanks :)

You say “browsers”, so it’s happening on multiple browsers? Which ones?

It is happening on Firefox/Chrome and IE. Works perfect on another PC and on mobile so something managed to change on my computer. I just have to figure out what lol.

Have you tried a different keyboard or plugged it into a different port?

Hmmm. I plug my laptop into docking ports at work and at home. I tried using the laptop without and the same issue, even with a different usb keyboard. I did have to change my laptop keyboard the other day. Let me try reinstalling it when I get home and see if it’s a different outcome. Thanks for the suggestion. I noticed on PDF files and EXcel sheets like the ultimate vocab package we can download for free, all of the kanji is fine.

I resolved the issue. Thanks for the help Aikibujin. I went in and looked at the programs I had installed recently and I believe it had to be adobe flash plug-in. As soon as I removed it all of the problems disappeared. Odd but it managed to work.
