When I’m going through my Anki decks (specifically for vocab and sentences), should I be trying to replicate the audio recordings as closely as possible? Meaning, should I capture the same inflections (stress the same syllables/raise and lower my voice) the exact same way as the voice in the recording?
Pretty much.
English speakers have a slight tendency to put the emphasis on the wrong syllable.
