Am I missing something with ultimate decks?
I just got up to deck 2

It says there are 20 cards in the deck, when in actuality there are only 7.
Deck 1 only had 12…
The anki decks seem sloppier in the later chapters
This one has puzzled me as well.

Got a reply. Apparently the 20 number for two includes decks 1 and 2, so everything cumulatively up to that point.
Strange wording! (and 19 is more accurate)
