I’m confused by いきたかったら. This ought to be “go” in dictionary form, past tense, then たら form; Meaning いく　ー＞　いった　ー＞　いったら, rather than the written いきたかったら, no?

The only way I can parse the given sentence is that this is the たら　form for the たい ender, meaning the correct translation is “If we want to go see a movie, I want to go to “Cineplex”.
