It has been a while since I came to the forums here but I remember a lot of people here live in Japan. So to give a little background I have been accepted for a student visa to study in Japan in October, I will be attending a language school in Yokohama. I have asked a few people who live there and I have checked with the school and the Consulate General in my current area and I have found that you can work a part time job with my visa. The Certificate of Eligibility says so as well. When I asked people they suggested teaching english because you just need the visa for that and you can work that job even without a bachelor’s degree as long as you have your own visa. My question to you guys is do you know if that is in fact the case?
Also due to some issues that came up I need to get a job when I get there decently soon so do you know a way to start looking now so I can be prepared when I get there? If not do you know how to find employment opportunities when I get there?
Thanks everyone!
