Yet another introduction thread.

Hello everyone!

My name is Ryan, and I’m from Tasmania, Australia. I’m in my second year of a combined Maths/French degree. I took advantage of the special New Year discount to sign up because I want to learn another language, and Japanese seemed like a good complement to French (one European and one Asian language, plus English). (Also, I recently started reading a bunch of visual novels, and the vast majority of (professional) VNs seem to be Japanese.)

I like playing music – double bass, guitar and recorder – and programming for fun.

Hope to stick around and learn some stuff, meet some new people. :D
