Unfortunately for me mechanical Timex watches are few and far between, and those that are are either really old or unappealing, haha.

lol, that Vostok looks hilarious. I really like how the Orient Star looks but it’s a lot more expensive than it looks, I think. And that is one crazy box on that Oris.
I really like Seiko watches, but I’m not really a fan of the Seiko 5 line. I think it’s mostly due to how the hands look, and also that “5″ emblem. I don’t really like it. Thanks for the suggestions though.

At the very least you can always listen to Japanese music or books on tape when you’re walking to and from class. Passive learning is learning too! :D Best of luck.I ate a banana this morning.
