Correct, pretty easy to see right? when it is from mp3 there is so much background noise, the compressed wav has a much cleaner sound. From now on I think I will just stick to using Exact Audio Copy for ripping, seems to do the job.

Today I had a big discussion about audio files and how to rip a CD in a proper way to get “real” flac files. Turns out I was wrong in what I thought lol .
Which do you think is higher quality? they are both the same song, and both flac, one is just a flac from mp3 and one is a flac from wav.

Aside from the whole visa thing, why would someone choose to hire you over a person who is already fluent in Japanese and fits into society? With no education there really is no chance of you getting a job in Japan. If there isn’t any reason to pick you over a Japanese person you can be certain that you won’t get the job.
