Born in Germany. Raised in the U.S. Some of my closest friends and family are Japanese who don't speak much English. I've put off learning NIHONGO year after year. It was in December a year or two ago when I first encountered Koichi's site . I was impressed, but didn't commit myself. I'm a terrible procrastinator. Here it is the end December again. I'm making my New Year's resolutions for The Year of the Sheep and hoping that this time next December I'll be speaking Japanese.
