Hmm that is strange. When you add decks to Anki, they are stored in a folder called “Anki” in “My Documents” under a user profile on the C drive or whatever the name of your main drive is.
In that folder you should see .anki files and folders with the media files in them. Check to see if that folder is still there?
@ andrew
Eboue fortunately left Arsenal last summer and joined Galatasary in Turkey. He strikes me as one of those players that does the bare minimum of what’s expected. In typical Dutch fashion, the Holland squad aren’t getting along with each other and there’s divides in the camp. Van Persie and Nigel De Jong are refusing to talk to the media, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is jealous that RVP is picked ahead of him and Rafael van der Vaart thinks Mark van Bommel is being picked ahead of him because he’s married to Bert van Marwijk’s (the manager) daughter. The Dutch have alot of talent but this seems to be a regular occurance at a major tournament.
Yeah haha, it was funny when the Danish fans chanted “Messi” at Ronaldo. Ronaldo doesn’t put the same effort in at international level that does for his club. I think the criticism of his is justified.
Btw, did you catch the Aus vs. Japan game on TV the other night? It finished 1-1 and was controversial from what I’ve read.
I’ts true, sadly some foreigners have no desire to learn Japanese at all. I would switch places with any foreigner currently living in Japan with that mentality in a second. The locals do assume foreigners won’t know any to little Japanese so are surprised when they discover someone is learning their language.
Speaking of Japanese, where are you currently at on your studies? I seem to remember you were on Season 4. I’m also on Season 4 learning な adjectives.

Good to see you back on the forums Cassandra. Good luck with the move and getting your Japanese studies back on track.
I was thinking the same. It seems alot easier to just learn the exceptions than all that info on the rules.
Your welcome. Check out my post on Rendaku too. This is another confusing area of Kanji.
Welcome aboard

If you’re interested, here’s a good thread to look through on when to use a reading http://www.textfugu.com/bb/topic/onyomi-vs-kunyomi-the-question-as-old-as-time/
That sounds more appealing than using Anki. I don’t mind Anki but it seems more convenient to have everything stores on Wani Kani.
@ Trip Master
I hope they’re thinking along those lines too. Integrating everything into TF and not having to use outside sources is a good idea.@ zelda
I’ve noticed quite a few people having issues with Anki too. Hopefully the integrated srs will cause people less problems.@ Mister
Haha great pic. This reminds me of a Tofugu article John wrote a few months ago http://www.tofugu.com/2012/04/30/how-to-conquer-the-intermediate-plateau-of-japanese/
Just began Season 4. Really feel like I’ve progressed alot since I came back to TF in March. Better get started on remembering those な adjectives :)
This thread may be of some use to you http://www.textfugu.com/bb/topic/anki-media-syncing-problem-on-iphone-anki-mobile/
Although you have an Android, the same steps could apply for both platforms.

yeah it is nice, but usually that spot is occupied by a user modified signature, which we really need.
Can’t we just get IPboard already? We need embedding, multiquote, post count, signatures, bold, italics, lists, link naming, text color, font sizes and a lot more functions that we will never get by keeping this plug-in.
At least it is a step in the right direction…According to an update on the TF blog, Koichi is thinking of ditching Word Press. We may see the requested forum features afterall.
