    Japan is awesome, although living expenses in Tokyo are insane. Anyway, good luck! I’m sure you will enjoy Japan when you visit… I went six years ago, and want to go back desperately :/

    Thank you for the quick response–it answered my question perfectly!

    I loved what I saw in the first level. I am just unsure about paying that money so quickly. I think I’ll probably try using textfugu+anki. I’m also learning kanji from a workbook and a tutor (not just Kanji, we cover everything). The problem with this tutor is that I have had it for 4 years and there is still some contents on TF I am not strong on. I think the issue is that the tutor is only once a week…

    I am seriously considering all these options though. Textfugu has been great review so far and as I said I see some things in the contents that I don’t know much about.

    Wani kani would be great as well, but I got textfugu lifetime for 60$, and wanikani doesn’t have a lifetime option… T.T It’s still cheap, but I’m POSITIVE I wouldn’t be able to get the 1000 kanji a year like it claims…

    Oh! Yes, I would have to agree it goes into intermediate. I think you would mostly need to learn more vocab to pass those higher N thingies? XD Never taken one…

    Could someone explain to me what this means? XD is it in reference to Koichi’s fluency, TextFugu’s highest level at the moment, or what?
