hmmm just re read what you guys said and noticed the bachelors degree thing… I can’t afford college it’s like 1k per class where I live which is way out of my budget :/
Ok thanks everyone, I know I can get my GED really easy (just need to brush up on my math). So lets up my question then, what jobs could I get with a high school diploma or GED, I know that you can get jobs with only a high school diploma or GED because I have heard of many people doing it, I just don’t know what kind of jobs it would be ( I even heard of people getting teaching jobs with only a GED in Japan)
I am listening to Anba
Someone should message Hashi about it XD
anyone else have any good ideas for things to do while traveling to Japan in the month of December and first like 5 days of January, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
WOW I am so glad to see so many responses and different opinions on this subject!
jkl: I can’t stand still for long I have horrible adhd so I have to be moving, I have my treadmill set up right in front of my tv/computer (i turned my tv screen into a computer screen) and I work out while listening to Japanese audio language books or watch videos on youtube on the language. I also lug out my text book once in a while to go over text since I have one of those book holders on the treadmill.
missingno15: that does make since I think I remember something like that during my science class years ago but I could be wrong, either way the exercise is good for the body regardless of any other benefits that might come from it :)
MisterM2402: It doesn’t seem to be having any negative effects on me at the moment so that is good but I agree with you completely not everyone can do the same things.
Yggbert: I thought the same thing at first too, I thought how could it improve my studying its just gunna make me hella tired but it did the exact opposite…. amazing how the body works.
YES get the JR rail pass it saves you so much money its not even funny even traveling round trip from tokyo to osaka or kyoto and back will pay for itself.I get it every time I go
alright I will look into that I saw the building the last two times I went to Japan but I had no idea you had to apply in advance :O Thank you Missingno15.
Joel: I went to the skytree website and it says “1.”TOKYO SKYTREE Web tickets” may be purchased in advance online. Please be reminded that only credit cards issued in Japan are accepted for online reservations. ” meaning I cannot purchase tickets until I get there since I do not own a Japanese credit card, but thanks again for the suggestion! :D
ah thank you so much Joel!! I will have to look into those things, especially the Tokyo Sky tree… I heard about the KFC and the christmas cake but not the christmas sake so that will be fun to do…. hey if you find out any other good things please let me know :D
マーク・ウェーバー: the reason I am looking into things now getting ideas and places is so I can keep an eye on prices so when a good deal comes up I can jump on it like a cat XD also I am very OCD and I like to have everything planed out way in advance :)
Vivian: I don’t know like I said the last few times I went I didnt get a chance to go because the people I was traveling with didnt want to go to an onsen.
I was told to re post this here
So, not this December but December 2013 I am taking my friend to Japan During Christmas and New Years as a present for Graduating from College.
I have been to Japan before during April but due to the complete different time of year and weather I have no Idea what kind of things I should plan or what is even available.
Some of the things he said he wanted to do was:
Tokyo Disneyland (I know how to do that so I don’t need help on this)
and an Onsen, now… I didn’t get a chance to go to an onsen last two times I went so I quite honestly don’t know any or what would be good and easy to get to.
Anyways other than those two things do you guys know any good places to visit and things to do during that time of year?? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I should probably specify I mean food XD
Ha ha yeah I know usually they give you a chart and i can point at the ones I want… Yes I am in Japan but I am probably only at a 3 year olds level of speech XD
Thank you Joel and KyleI am actually here in Japan right now during Easter and the only place that has anything Easter related is Tokyo Disneyland, but other than that Japan doesn’t celebrate Easter.
