Thanks everyone. Taking a mix of what you all shared here I got it up and running again.
Okay, ignore me, it seems to be working now. Magic. I say it is the hivemind here at work,or something.
How do I get to tools-advanced? I can’t seem to find it on the ipad app (media is working fine for me on iphone, not ipad)
Sorry it took me so long to reply – I live near Salisbury (actually just as close if not closer to Stonehenge)
Oh, and it seems to be working (as in there is sound) on the iPhone.
