I think jkl has the right idea. Its the reason why I eat standing up because I know I’m gonna be back on my computer for most of my day. Though in my house, instead of eating on a table, we eat on a counter and the counter is a good height for me to stand and eat. Most of my day is spent JUST SITTING and I don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just a wooden one so my butt really hurts most of the time.

If you put it in pseudo-science talk, it would make sense cause as you work out, you get your blood flowing to your brain which means more oxygen to your brain.

I have no idea if this is true but I remember doing a lab experiment in school but it required an exercise of some sort and then we were able to solve things faster than before, after exercising.

I wouldn’t know anything about it really, but I listen to the recorded Japanese radio or podcasts when I go out biking

You have to apply in advance because they are full every single day (←unsure about this).

@vivian yeah seems a bit far away, thats really in like what, 10 months?

And if you planning to go, send an email to these guys:

    http://newschoolkaidan.com/contact/contact-1/

Since they have people that know about the process.

For Japanese people, there is no difference between オタ and ヲタ.

However, for people like me and Mark, and seemingly among english speakers, Otaku/Ota are people who are interested in anime, manga, games, while Wota are exclusively idol fans because they want to make that distinction and don’t want to be looped with people who like anime+manga etc.

If you get any of the following:

    Itano Tomomi
    Kasai Tomomi
    Iriyama Anna
    Hirata Rina
    Shimazaki Haruka

    Nayaka Sayaka
    Tanabu Miku
    Nonaka Misato
    Umeda Ayaka

then please do send that in my direction.

For Mark though, Yokoyama Yui is what he prefers and them Nanba girls. Though I don’t know if they offer NMB48 in the cafe…..

If you get a Senbatsu member, then it’d be a pretty good idea to keep it to yourself lol. That’s just what I would do though unless you really don’t mind giving them away.

Yo congrats on your girl for being the center for Next Girls. Maybe we can expect an enka-themed song? /troll

I thought sasshi would take either 2nd or 3rd but I guess I was wrong. Looks like it was still to early for her.

    Btw these are my thoughts:
-I though Sashihara Rino was gonna take 2nd or 3rd but she took 4th instead.
-I don’t feel anything about Mayuyu taking 2nd after Yukirin (3rd)
-And Yuko taking 1st was a given.
-I’m glad that Tomochin stayed 8th and didnt go down
-And I’m happy that Kasai actually ranked up.
There are so many SKE members that ranked (first time this many members have participated in one election)
-What surprised me the most is the AKB and SKE kenkyuusei that ranked. I have no idea who they are and they aren’t even on teams but they ranked rather high which is quite baffling to me. I want to know what they did to earn those spots. Btw, those kenkyuusei are Matsumura Kaori (SKE) and Tomu Mutou (AKB).
    - I wish Nonaka Misato and Tanabu Miku could have ranked. They been with AKB since near the beginning, and have been 圏外 for 4 years in a row now.
    - Hilary (Hirata Rina, AKBkks*) and Annin (Iriyama Anna, Team4) not ranking was expected
    - Most of the radical changes occurred in the lower end ranking scale. Actually, I’m not too sure since I still don’t have a good grip about what just happened

You get into Aidorus and then before you know it, you’re studying everyday.

Let’s all embrace idols and bow before them!

Btw, I heard that song on a radio show hosted by an AKB member, so you should listen to radio shows more often and pick up the songs they play sometimes
