What are you doing in Japan?Amanda: when renaming make sure you type it exactly the same way as the deck is named (including caps). I haven’t had any problems so far.

Machiyas are really beautiful, if you get a chance to go back make sure to visit Kawai Kanjiro’s house in Kyoto which may be my favorite.
So I figured out a way: just rename the new deck files to the same name as the first deck “Text Fugu Sentences” and then import it. It will import on the first deck.
I have the exact same problem. The page http://www.textfugu.com/season-2/asking-questions/practice/#top clearly states that we should be importing new sentences in the original “Textfugu sentences” deck, but the method it provides does not seem to work with the latest version of Anki.
This page probably needs to be updated. Meanwhile, it would be nice to provide us here with the right method to import new sentences in a single deck.
