Thanks for your experience. Guess I’ll check out the reading the kanji website. I’m curious how long did it take you to read japanese novels, manga, etc.?
I wonder if they ever say that something actually won’t be finished. Everything is coming soon. Kinda what I say to my parents all the time.

When it comes to Kanji I think once you master the radicals and get used to the stroke order it should look pretty good. Even when you write more advanced characters you don’t know, it still follows the same concept. At least that’s how it is for me, but then again I learned how to write Chinese since I was a lid so I might not be able to sympathize as much.
Cool, what resources did you use?
How do you know when to drop or not? If I hear it dropped do I always drop it?
