Hello

My name is Mike. I am learning Japanese because my girlfriend wants to go to grad school there. I would like to be able to function while we are there for at least two years. Even if that doesn’t pan out I’d still like to learn the language so I can visit there. I’m not quite sure what is feasible yet but if the grad school thing happens I’ll have a little less than a year and a half to learn. I hope to achieve an intermediate level of Japanese by then.
