I'm 22 years old, grew up in Brookfield, WI, and am currently a Physics PhD candidate at the University of Chicago. My interests are wide and varied including physics (of course), mathematics, logic, history, Chinese-American literature, drawing, all things Star Trek, and most recently, the Japanese language. Probably my most time consuming interest besides physics is the listening to and playing of classical music and I had a brief (2 and a half year) stint as a performance major. I play euphonium (sort of like a small tuba), bass trombone, and my favorite composers are Mahler and Bach.
