I’ve been having a similar problem that I’ve tried for weeks to resolve with no avail. Fortunately, my radical decks work just fine on the computer I originally started studying them on, but when I try to access these decks using syncing to the online service, I have exactly the same problem dooweese describes. I’ve tried deleting the online versions of my decks and reuploading them, only the have the same problem again.
