It’s true, it got even worse with ‘excuses for not doing it’, my girlfriend is actually a Japanese tutor although I haven’t asked for any tutoring myself, I meet a lot of her clients and I guess it got to me a bit.

Let’s add: typographically written Japanese has always been a huge draw for me and it would be amazing to master the written form.
