(I’m new at this so forgive me if I’m wrong)
If you “are” that person (even when pretending) , I don’t believe you should use honorifics , simply because of the fact that using honorifics on yourself is considered rude (since you are basically praising yourself).

It’s the limitation of the specific plugin they use for the forum that causes the lack of functionality.There’s nothing they can really do about it.Its not exactly the plugin (if I’m not mistaken since they seem to be using bbpress) , but rather the stability of the site itself , since each functionality would need a new plugin added. If you added too many plugins to wordpress , the site’s memory limit might not hold and it’d crash.
Otherwise, I’m sure they’d add bbpress plugins and even buddypress to the site.
